        Redtag guarantees the delivery of your items in 3-4 working days anywhere in UAE. We offer free delivery over AED 100. Anything below AED 100 will be charged AED 12 as shipping cost. For COD (cash on delivery) orders an extra AED 8 will be charged, this amount will not appear on the online invoice and a revised invoice will be provided at the time of delivery.

        Refund will be offered to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached. All items (including promotional gift items) must be returned to us to process the return.

      Delivery Policy

      • REDTAG will endeavor to ensure the delivery of your items promised at the time of placing the order. Typically, it takes 2-4 days to deliver an order. The order will be delivered in 7-10 days during the Eid holidays.
      • We offer free delivery for over AED 100. Anything below AED 100 will be charged AED 12 as shipping cost.
      • For COD (cash on delivery) orders a small service charge of AED 8 is added to the order value. In case you intend to pay in cash then please make sure to keep exact cash amount ready at the time of collection for convenience.
      • We shall be able to deliver the goods on or before the promised date, however, due to any unforeseen circumstances, if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery dates, a reasonable communication will be sent with the revised details. Also, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.
      • Upon delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You may email us at customer.support@redtag.ae in case of any faults, defects, or damages. You may be asked to provide the documents (official invoice or receipt) delivered with the product, upon request.
      • If you are not available to take delivery or collection, our courier partner will try to contact you for a re-delivery.
      • If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept the product from the courier we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) no longer make the product available for re-delivery and will notify you that we are immediately cancelling your order, in which case we will refund the amount of the cancelled products as per our return and refund policies.
      • Our courier will try to reschedule a delivery of unclaimed parcels within 1-2 days of the first attempt of delivery. After 3 delivery attempts, we will be cancelling the order on our end.

      If you are a Gold member and purchase a non-discounted item worth AED 50 you will earn 200 loyalty points (4 x 50 points). If you are a Platinum member and purchase the same item, you will earn 250 loyalty points (5 x 50 points).

      How to Redeem Points:

      Points earned can be used in any Redtag store or when making purchases online through our website.

      Every 100 points earned is equal to AED 1.
