Delivery Policy

  • REDTAG aims to deliver items within 2-3 days. Orders over AED 100 qualify for free delivery, for orders less than AED 100, a shipping fee of AED 12 will be added.

  • For COD (cash on delivery) orders a small service charge of AED 8 is added to the order value. In case you intend to pay in cash then please make sure to keep exact cash amount ready at the time of collection for convenience.

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by late delivery. You might need to sign when your order arrives, and any issues can be reported by email customer.support@redtag.ae. After three missed delivery attempts, your order will be returned and refunded if its prepaid.

If you are a Gold member and purchase a non-discounted item worth AED 50 you will earn 100 loyalty points (2 x 50 points). If you are a Platinum member and purchase the same item, you will earn 150 loyalty points (3 x 50 points).
