Delivery Policy

  • REDTAG aims to deliver items within 2-3 days. Orders over AED 100 qualify for free delivery, for orders less than AED 100, a shipping fee of AED 12 will be added.

  • For COD (cash on delivery) orders a small service charge of AED 8 is added to the order value. In case you intend to pay in cash then please make sure to keep exact cash amount ready at the time of collection for convenience.

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by late delivery. You might need to sign or present your ID when your order arrives, and any issues can be reported by email customer.support@redtag.ae. After three missed delivery attempts, your order will be returned and refunded if its prepaid.

If you are a Gold member and purchase a non-discounted item worth AED 50 you will earn 100 loyalty points (2 x 50 points). If you are a Platinum member and purchase the same item, you will earn 150 loyalty points (3 x 50 points).

How to Redeem Points:
